Next time you find yourself wondering how to use leftovers, do this: wrap them in a sheet of Nori. Nori is a sea vegetable found in the Asian foods section of your grocery store. It has tons of health benefits, including more Vitamin C than an orange. These wraps are perfect as an on-the-go lunch or snack option. Just assemble right before you eat.
