Make This Juice: Morning Zinger

Most mornings I like to wake up my digestive system with fresh juice, usually something green like this Green Lemonade.

However, there are times when I want something a little sweeter with some zing and this juice is the perfect solution!

Carrots and grapefruit are in season and they create a perfect combination. Add as much or as little ginger as you like for some extra zing. Trust me, this juice is ama-zing.

Note: You’ll need a juicer for this.

Morning Zinger

1 grapefruit, peel removed
3 carrots
1 inch fresh ginger

Stir and serve immediately.

Sounds yummy. I only have a blender though so probably wouldn't work.

Josie, you can try it. If you have a cheesecloth or nutmilk bag, you can string the blended juice through that.
