It’s cold outside and frigid temps mean your usual cold salad may not be as appealing as it was last June. That’s normal. Cold weather calls for warm food to keep your body temperature regulated naturally. Here, I’ve curated 12 healthy lunches that aren’t salad. Put these easy, creative meals on rotation to get you through the rest of this winter.
