Because I’m a Health Coach, it basically goes without saying that I’ll be hosting a group coaching program in January.

Of course. It makes sense.

January is the time of year when we set goals and are committed to achieving them. Hence, the program, my new Holistically Hot 6 Week Group Coaching Program. It will be magical and unlike anything I’ve ever created before. In that group program I will show you how to Double Your Energy, Banish Your Cravings and Get the Body You’ve Always Wanted with my week by week formula for learning how to make slimming, nutritious and energizing choices naturally – without relying on fad diets and nutrition myths to get there.

But what about now? This is the time of year when it’s pretty much the hardest ever to stay on track with goals or healthy habits.

  • Private Coaching: 1 private 30 minute coaching session with Marissa to discuss goals, challenges and progress
  • Facebook Group Membership: All participants will be added to a private Facebook group for discussions between meetings, questions and extra support

This sounds like a great program - I can't believe we're almost approaching 2016!  New year, new goals, right?
