How I Reinvented My Body and Mindset at Chaise23

I never thought I’d say this, but … I can’t wait to put on a bikini this summer!

When I took a hiatus from running last month, I was hopeful that I could find an enjoyable workout to replace it. Negative self talk about my body coupled with my running woes had plagued me all winter and left me looking for a new workout . My only two criteria:

2. It had to deliver noticeable results- and fast!

I’m strong, but I wanted to lean out and tone up before summer.
