How to Wake Up Healthy Where I Need to Be

Last week’s Tuesday Tip on my favorite ways to use apple cider vinegar was so popular I wanted to elaborate with this week’s tip.

I rely on this morning tonic (I’ll show you how to make it in seconds in the video) to start my day and it’s no surprise that apple cider vinegar — along with lemon and ginger — play starring roles. If you’re looking for a way to hit the reset button on a daily basis, this is a gentle and effective way to do it.
