While walking through Whole Foods one Saturday, I tasted a sample of almond butter with cacao nibs, hemp seeds and honey. I thought, “I can do better than that,” and this superfoods recipe was born.

superfood spread 2It’s a little crunchy, a little salty, a little sweet and a lot nutritious. Spread it on sprouted grain or gluten free bread, add to smoothies or  eat it with an apple.
